At Escola Soccer Academy, our Game & Training Model is designed to nurture well-rounded athletes without the distractions or pressures associated with winning at all costs. Instead, the focus is directed towards:

Playing Philosophy | Training Framework | Positioning & Roles | Game Formats | Assessments & Meaningful Athlete / Parent Feedback.

Players gain valuable instructions at training, coupled with visual insights into pitch geography, technical and tactical principles, so they can execute in games.

Players can effectively navigate various formats based on their age as they progress through life:

U8 and U9 learn playing positions and tactical awareness in 5v5 playing format.
U10 and U11 athletes learn playing positions and tactical awareness in 7v7 playing format.
U12 and U13 athletes learn playing positions and tactical awareness in 9v9 playing format.

This preparation equips our athletes for their next steps in their development, such as District Competitive Stream, iModel or OPDL with our partnering clubs.

We prioritize what truly matters: The holistic development of players, ensuring their growth in soccer is complete in their technical and tactical abilities to compete.

When an athlete is scouted/identified by our colleagues, we proudly facilitate their transfer.
